We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your lesson. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that lesson time.

You must cancel by calling or texting your Driver Mentor.

We would like a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please inform us prior to 5pm the day before at the latest to cancel or reschedule your lesson. If no prior notice or the notice provided is not within the timeframe mentioned above, you will be given a warning. After 3 warnings we may remove you from the program.
